These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Flowtent (“Service”), a web application for content planning and social media management, provided by:

2. Definitions

• Service — the Flowtent web application available at dashboard.flowtent.app, together with the video editor at studio.flowtent.app.
• User — any natural person who creates an account and uses the Service.
• Account — the User's individual account in the Service, protected by email and password.
• Content — any data entered by the User, including projects, posts, ideas, and scenarios.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the Service, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Service Description

Flowtent provides tools for planning, organizing, and managing social media content, including:

• Content calendar and post management
• Idea bank for content brainstorming
• Scenario creation for content scripts
• Project-based collaboration with team members
• Dashboard analytics and audit logging

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription plans in the future, with at least 30 days' notice to existing users.

5. Alpha Testing Program

During the alpha testing phase:

• The Service may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior.
• Data may be reset or lost during updates. We recommend not relying on the Service as your sole data store during this period.
• Features may be added, changed, or removed without prior notice.
• Service availability may be limited. Scheduled and unscheduled downtime is expected.

By using the Service during the alpha period, you acknowledge and accept these limitations. We appreciate your feedback — please report issues via the in-app feedback form or email.

6. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable law.
• Not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all Content you create in the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your Content.

The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of the Service Provider and is protected by copyright law.

8. Service Availability and Liability

We strive to ensure the Service is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data and Content will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with prior notice where reasonably possible.

10. Complaints

Complaints regarding the Service should be sent to contact@flowtent.app. We will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint, in accordance with the Polish Act on Electronic Services (Ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court for the Service Provider's registered address, except for consumer disputes which are resolved by the court competent for the consumer's place of residence.
